技术性贸易壁垒与中国高技术产品出口——基于扩展贸易引力模型的经验分析

本文基于扩展的贸易引力模型，使用2000~2015 年中国同22 个贸易伙伴国的面板数据，并引入和技术性贸易壁垒以及高技术产品密切相关的知识产权保护这一变量，实证考察进口国TBT 对中国高技术产品出口的影响。结果表明：（1）进口国实施 TBT 或进行知识产权保护均会抑制中国高技术产品的出口，但抑制作用并不显著；（2）若进口国将TBT 和知识产权保护相结合形成更为隐蔽的技术性贸易壁垒，将会显著抑制中国高技术产品的出口；（3）中国高技术产品出口呈现行业差异，其中医药制造业受到的抑制效应最大；（4）由于技术模仿和产品同质化现象的存在，中国高技术产品出口会在中高收入国家遭遇更为严重的TBT，对出口的抑制效应会更大。中国应将知识产权保护政策作为应对进口国TBT的一种补充，在保证高技术产品贸易健康发展的同时推动出口产业向中高端发展。     

Evolutionary and socio-cultural influences on feelings and attitudes towards nature: a cross-cultural study

Mounting environmental issues have prompted reconsideration of the human–nature relationship. Accordingly, attitudes to nature, as an important dimension of human–nature interactions, have become a research focus. How feelings and attitudes towards nature are influenced by evolutionary and social-cultural constructions, and whether there is variation between different cultural groups, demands more attention. Using a survey of visitors to two very different National Parks, the New Forest National Park, England and Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, China, this paper shows that of nationality and living environment, differences between the two nationalities were significant in respect of both attitudes and feelings. Specifically, it demonstrates that the biophilia thesis, which purports that people have an innate and a genetically inherited need for affiliation with nature, is influenced by their socio-cultural environment, in particular their national culture, but also by their current living place. The study contributes to our understanding of sustainable tourism in natural areas.     

基于“国培计划”的顶岗实习中英语师范生专业情意发展研究——以湖北科技学院为例

专业情意是教师必备的专业素养,在教师素质结构中占有重要地位。本研究首先了解国内关于顶岗实习生专业情意的研究现状,然后利用问卷调查、日志和访谈等方式,对湖北科技学院英语专业顶岗实习生的专业情意发展现状进行调查;最后,分析影响顶岗实习生专业情意发展的因素,并有针对性地提出一些建议。     

The cross‐cultural study of LMX and individual employee voice: The moderating role of conflict avoidance

This article examines the role of national culture, measured by conflict avoidance, on the relationship between leader–member exchange (LMX) and individual employee voice. Using data collected from automotive industry employees in the United States and Korea, the findings show that conflict avoidance is negatively related to employee voice and also moderates the relationship between LMX and employee voice in the Korean sample. In particular, the relationship between LMX and voice becomes less positive when conflict avoidance is high. On the other hand, conflict avoidance does not have a direct effect on employee voice as well as an interactive effect with LMX on employee voice in the U.S. sample. This study, therefore, highlights the importance of the national culture in the comparative study of employee voice.

本文通过对近期热播的体育节目《城市之间》与《智勇大冲关》的分析,探讨体育电视节目对大众体育的影响,及其所反映出的新时期内我国大众参与体育活动的新特点。     

中小型高新技术企业初创期融资风险评价——基于模糊支持向量机融资风险评价方法

本文提出了基于模糊支持向量机的融资风险评价方法。该方法能够对融资风险进行有效地评价,从而为防范和规避融资风险提供依据。     

ANSI认可标准制定组织以及美国国家标准批准程序

美国作为市场化程度高、技术水平先进的国家，其标准化管理体制和运行模式遵循了标准化的自身规律。能够快速响应不断变化的市场需求、政府监管的需要，同时又能支持技术创新、促进经济、贸易发展，提升美国的竞争实力。美国国家标准是自愿性的，并且由美国国家标准学会（ANSI）认可的标准制定组织制定。本文分析了ANSI的基本情况、ANSI认可标准制定组织的管理程序、美国国家标准批准和废止的条件及程序。希冀对中国的标准化改革有所借鉴。     

综合性国家科学中心建设公共政策绩效实证分析——以安徽合肥为例

基于科技政策评价指标体系构建和熵权法分析方法，以2013年以来安徽合肥创建和实施推进综合性国家科学中心的政策绩效为研究对象，实证测算2013—2017年科技政策的评价绩效得分。从创新载体建设、人才计划、科技项目、财税金融、科技成果产出、技术转移与产业化等方面对政策实施效果及其薄弱环节进行分析，并就综合性国家科学中心建设的科技政策的优化与完善提出政策建议。
